Real-World Testing Under Harsh Conditions

An electronic device mounted on an outdoor bicycle must endure harsh sunlight, heavy rain, mud, and water splashes from the wheels. After over a year of real-world testing in a humid tropical climate, Yosepower’s electrical system delivered the following results:

- Water Resistance: The waterproof connectors (fitted with color-coded rubber O-rings) performed flawlessly. Even when riding through heavy downpours or shallow puddles, the electrical system showed no short circuits or display errors.

- Motor and Spokes: The aluminum alloy rims showed no oxidation; however, after the first few months of riding over rough terrain, the spokes might become slightly loose—this is a normal physical phenomenon and only requires a routine wheel truing at a local shop for long-term stability.
